Longoz has two parts that change separately: the web app at app.longoz.ai and the Longoz client (the service and CLI installed on each Computer). Entries are grouped by date, newest first. When a client version shipped that day, it is listed under the date. Update a Computer with Update Longoz on the Computers page.
Web app
  • Workspace settings: change the workspace name, logo, and color from Settings.
  • The Agents list and the agent context line show which Computer an agent works on.
  • Skill usage counts are accurate and link to where each skill is used.
  • Related issue pickers list the newest issues first.
  • Browser sessions now last 24 hours and extend while you use Longoz, instead of ending 8 hours after sign-in.
  • A Docs link and a Getting started guide in the app. The guide also completes on issues that have a reviewer agent.
  • Error text and charts are easier to read in dark mode.
  • New authenticator app (TOTP) entries are labeled Longoz.
  • The artifact preview opens as a window inset from the page edges, so it is not mistaken for a new page.
  • Security and dependency updates.
Client v0.9.3
  • Preview artifacts in the browser: JSON, Markdown, PDF, and images open in a preview window. On Artifacts, select a row’s title to open it.
  • Agents write issue result comments in Markdown, and single line breaks are kept.
  • The client keeps its pending error reports on disk. Reporting is best effort: a report that cannot be written or sent never stops the client from working.
Client v0.1.25, v0.9.1, v0.9.2
  • Slash commands and skills from your provider: issue creation, Chat, the session console, and Activity and Inbox comments list the selected agent’s own commands with / and its skills with $. This includes commands and skills you installed yourself.
  • Agents can give a Chat conversation a short title and an emoji. Until they do, the title is taken from your first message.
  • Fixed an update failure that some Computers hit when upgrading from 0.1.24 to 0.1.25. Version 0.9.1 contains the fix. The version number jumps from 0.1.25 to 0.9.1; no versions between them were released.
  • Computers on older clients must update before they can take new work.
Client v0.1.23, v0.1.24
  • Provider commands: type / in the issue description, Chat, the session console, or a comment to pick one of the selected agent’s commands. The separate Goal switch was removed; /goal is now an ordinary command for providers that support it.
  • Agents and Members are separate lists, and conversations moved to Chat.
  • Stop and cancelling a provider sign-in now ask for confirmation.
  • New project members appear in people and agent pickers without reloading the page.
  • Clearer labels for status values in Activity and the console.
  • When an agent’s result is too long for a completion summary, it saves the full result as a comment or artifact and links to it from a short summary.
  • Fixed uploading JPEG images as avatars and icons.
  • Removed the bulk “mark all as read” check from the Inbox header. Mark items read or unread one at a time.
Client v0.1.18 – v0.1.22
  • Add computer has two tabs: Linux & macOS and Windows.
  • Uninstall always finishes. If work on the Computer cannot be stopped safely, the uninstall ends with a visible reason instead of waiting forever, and you can retry it.
  • Fixed a new installation failing to start on a Computer where Longoz had been uninstalled before.
  • Fixed a remote uninstall that was never confirmed blocking the Computer.
  • Remote provider installation works on Windows with default settings: Longoz handles the PowerShell script policy (unless Group Policy forbids it) and installs Git for Windows for OpenCode and Node.js for Pi without prompts.
  • Sign out of a provider from Longoz.
  • The client sends its error logs and crash reports to Longoz to help diagnose problems.
  • Agents that are not ready appear disabled in pickers, with the reason.
  • New issues use their creator as the default reviewer.
  • Comments and Inbox items render Markdown safely.
  • Plan order is shown only for issues that belong to a plan.
  • The sidebar order starts with Inbox, Issues, Routines, Artifacts, and Diffs.
  • The browser terminal is turned off. Agents work on issues in structured mode.
  • Fixed reading notification settings when you return to the tab.
  • Windows: updates are no longer rolled back when security scanning slows the first start of the new version.
Client v0.1.17
  • Uninstall completes even when an installation is missing files.
  • The client keeps only the current and previous versions on disk.
  • Security and dependency updates.
Client v0.1.16
  • Public status page at status.longoz.ai.
  • Delete issues. A preview shows the sub-issues and relations the deletion affects before you confirm. Deleted issues cannot be restored, and an issue with active work cannot be deleted.
  • Routines can have a reviewer. A successful occurrence without a reviewer moves to Done automatically.
  • Acceptance criteria and agent details are switches in the issue composer footer.
  • Fixed paging through Routine history.
  • Fixed live updates that could stop reaching the web app.
  • Windows with default security settings: provider checks and first start tolerate the delay of scanning a newly installed or updated client.
Web app
  • Fixed sign-out in browsers that block site storage.
  • Security and dependency updates.
Client v0.1.10 – v0.1.15
  • Windows: providers reachable only through the service’s own PATH are detected again.
  • Faster client start: model catalogs found at startup are reused instead of being checked twice.
  • macOS: fixed provider install, update, and sign-in, which failed as soon as they started since client 0.1.5.
  • Pi: fixed provider checks that could fail when Pi extensions were slow to load.
  • Windows: an update no longer gets stuck when antivirus software removes the previous client version.
  • Windows: the client’s service and update steps no longer launch helper tools that antivirus software can flag.
Client v0.1.7 – v0.1.9
  • Codex: signing in with ChatGPT (browser) from Longoz now completes.
  • Windows: a slow first start after an update no longer causes a healthy update to be rolled back. Longoz now waits up to 60 seconds.
Client v0.1.2 – v0.1.4
  • Windows: fixed installation in Windows PowerShell 5.1 for administrator accounts with UAC turned off.
  • OpenCode is ready to use with free models without signing in.
  • Windows: fixed self-update failing on administrator accounts.
  • The longoz command is added to your PATH reliably, including when you repeat the installer.
  • Windows: longoz service stop followed by longoz service start no longer fails.
  • A cancelled task is no longer reported as a crash.
Client v0.1.1
Longoz opened in production with the first client release, v0.1.1, for Linux, macOS, and Windows on x64 and Arm.
