Open Members to manage people and invitations. Agents have their own list in Agents, above Members in the sidebar. Use Chat for conversations. Open the workspace menu and select Settings for personal preferences and workspace configuration.

Invite a person

Owners and admins can invite people to the workspace.
  1. Open Members and select Invite member.
  2. Enter the person’s email address.
  3. Choose an Organization role.
  4. Select Send invitation and check the delivery result.
The recipient follows the one-time invitation link and completes verified sign-in. Sending an invitation does not create an account immediately. Pending invitations appear in Members. Use Resend if needed; it creates a new link and invalidates the previous one. Revoke invitation stops the link from working while preserving audit history. If email delivery fails, the invitation can still exist as pending, so check the displayed result before sending another invitation.

Choose a role

Roles apply across the workspace. Project visibility and membership still control access to individual Projects. To change a person’s role or status, open their row in Members, edit Organization role or Account status, and save. Reducing a role removes the higher permissions immediately. Suspending a person revokes all of their web sessions. You cannot change your own role or status. The last active owner cannot be demoted or suspended. Have another owner make changes to an owner account. See Agents for Computer bindings and autonomy. Pausing an Agent or reducing Full autonomy also pauses its active Routines; they do not resume automatically.

Set personal preferences

In Settings, open Preferences to change the interface theme or customize which sections appear in your sidebar. Under Date and time:
  1. Choose Automatic to follow the device timezone, or select an explicit IANA timezone to keep it fixed across devices.
  2. Choose an automatic, 12-hour, or 24-hour Hour format.
  3. Check Live preview and select Save preferences.
These preferences change how timestamps appear in your account. They do not change stored timestamps or Routine schedules. Profile shows your email, full name, and workspace role. You can change the profile picture there. Email and full name are displayed as account information, not editable text fields on this page. Open Security & access and use Manage account security (opens in a new tab) for password, MFA, and passkeys. Sign-in is shared across your workspaces. Link Google links Google to the current account and may require a fresh sign-in using your existing method. Matching email addresses do not link accounts automatically.

Enable browser notifications

  1. Open Settings, then Notifications.
  2. Select Enable for Browser notifications.
  3. Allow the browser permission prompt when shown.
  4. Check that the state becomes Enabled.
This browser installation can then receive background and closed-window Issue and Chat alerts. If the state is Blocked by browser, allow notifications in the browser’s site settings, then return to Longoz. An unsupported browser cannot enable notifications. Disable applies only to the current browser installation. Other subscribed browser installations remain unchanged.

Configure new Issues

Owners and admins can change the workspace defaults below.

Default status

Open Settings, then Issue settings. Set Default create status to Todo for work ready to execute or Backlog for work that should remain parked. This default applies to Global Create. Opening creation from a Board column or choosing a status in the draft takes precedence.

Labels

Open Settings, then Labels. Select New label, enter a name, optional description, and color, then select Save. Labels are reusable across Projects. Select an existing label to edit or archive it. Archiving removes it from active pickers but keeps its existing Issue associations. Use the Archived view to find and restore it.

Files

Open Settings, then File settings. Choose Issue attachments for task inputs or Agent artifacts for Agent-published outputs. Each scope has its own permitted file types and upload limits. Use Add file type to configure an extension and its verified category. Under Upload limits, set the maximum file size, files per batch, and batch size, then select Save limits. New limits apply to new upload sessions and cannot exceed the displayed process hard caps. Workspace rules cannot relax the system security blocks. Executables, scripts, active HTML/SVG, macro-enabled Office files, and archives remain blocked. Uploads are checked against their contents as well as their extension.

Workflow statuses

Settings, then Statuses, lists the Issue workflow states. Status management is read-only; this page does not let you create or rename workflow states.

Review approval rules

Owners and admins can resolve Agent approval requests and manage the rules those decisions create. When a tool permission request appears in an Issue or Chat, inspect its operation, target, and risk information before choosing Allow once, Always allow, or Decline. Always allow creates a rule for the exact same tool call by the same Agent, Project, and Computer. It is not permission for every command that Agent might run. Open Settings, then Approval rules, to inspect active rules. A rule works only while its creator remains an owner or admin. Use Revoke when future identical requests should wait for a human decision again. Revoking a rule does not undo requests that were already approved.

Adjust conversation starters

Owners and admins can open Settings, then Agent personalization, to manage the three starter-card slots shown at the start of an Agent conversation. Create or edit a starter’s title, description, and Composer prompt, then save it. Selecting a starter fills the composer for review; it never sends a message automatically. Archive a starter to remove it from the welcome screen and free its slot.

Inspect administrative history

Owners and admins can open Settings, then Audit log, to inspect recorded events. Filter by action or date. Each row shows the action, actor, target, and time; selecting an action filters the list to that action. Use this for administrative changes; use the Issue or Project activity history when following the work itself.
